Private to the rep

Nudges render on the rep's screen alone. Teams can use the desktop companion or an optional meeting bot for call capture. In either mode, coaching never appears on the buyer's side.

Calls and transcripts belong to you. We never sell them, and they are never used to train shared or third-party models.

Data is encrypted on the wire and in storage, with access limited to what's needed to deliver the product.

What we process

To coach a call live and build the scorecard, NextStepp processes the audio and transcript of calls you choose to run it on, publicly available information relevant to the account, the account details you give us (name, work email, company), and the guidance your team configures.

How your calls are used

Call content is used to do one job: deliver live coaching to the rep and populate that deal's evidence and MEDDPICC scorecard. It is not used to train shared models, and it is not shared with other customers.

Two ways to capture a call

NextStepp supports a desktop companion and an optional meeting bot. The desktop option runs without adding a participant to the meeting. The bot option provides centrally managed capture for teams that prefer it. In both modes, nudges and the NextStepp coaching interface stay private to the rep.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of infrastructure and AI providers to run the service (for example, cloud hosting and speech/language processing). We choose vendors that support enterprise-grade security terms.
